Another of my own photos from a holiday in Western Australia. I painted this
in one 2 hour class. I'd precoated the board with dark blue and earthy orange. At
the class I coated the painting with a dark blue-red mix, then scraped away the
paint using toothbrushes, carved erasers and paintbrush handles. After that it
only needed a touch of gold in the trees and the sky painted in, and it was done.
It's one of my favourite paintings.
