The big news I've been waiting for the right moment to post about is that I'm going to be a Guest of Honour at Contact: Swancon 2009, a convention running over the coming Easter weekend in Perth.

Wow......it must be fun being an author. Actually I love writing and making up stories too, but I can never seem to write anything worth reading. Keep it up! I hope to read the 'Traitor Spy Trilogy' soon!

Just a quick comment. Normally, I love READING. But recently I sustained a head injury and am not allowed to drive, so I have to go the 25 miles to work, on the train. Perfect antidote to impersonal rants, coughs and other noises is the audio-book. Just started listening to 'The Magician's Apprentice' and although it is abridged, it is no less enjoyable. Thanks very much.
